Pre-Orders: Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. After your order has been processed, please allow 10-15 business days for shipping.
On Hand Items: Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. After your order has been processed, please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
Custom Orders: Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. After your order has been processed, please allow 15-30 business days for shipping which depends on customization and quantity being customized.
SHIPPING DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS OR ANY DELAYS BY COURIER WHICH GLAM CITY BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COURIER DELAYS! Time frames are only an estimation depending on how many orders we have. We take care of orders in the exact order in which received. Please DO NOT place an order if you do not agree with our specified shipping time frames.

Glam City Boutique is NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders that are sent to incorrect addresses as we will ship to the address entered in the system so please make sure before hitting submit order that the correct address is entered. If you do not receive your item due to submission of incorrect address and it is NOT RETURNED to Glam City Boutique, you will have to make a claim with the courier. Glam City Boutique is also not responsible if your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED, and you have not received the package; you MUST contact the COURIER directly for guidance as it is out of our hands/control.
RETURNS/REFUNDS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! NO REFUNDS ACCEPTED!
EXCHANGES: For items that have a proven manufacturers defect in order to exchange for same item or item of equal value, item must be returned in same condition received (in original packaging, have no presence of being worn, and all tags must be attached.) You have 24 hours to submit your request for an exchange for an item with proven defect only. Before exchange request can be approved you must submit proof of images showing defect. Please be advised that we take pictures of ALL customer orders before we ship out for the purpose of doing honest exchanges only! Please be sure of size needed before ordering. WE DO NOT offer exchanges due to ordering wrong size.
